It emphasizes the importance of finding a lasting solution of refugees and forced displace peoples in Africa. It is recommended that the leader for the theme of the year, H.E. Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, the President of Equatorial Guinea, should continue to assist in related matters through 2020 during the theme of silencing the guns.
