Abstract

The report of Executive Secretariat on the functions as enunciated in the Rabat decision of the Ninth Ordinary Session of the Summit of the African Heads of State and Government on the basis of undertaking activities with the International Organizations located in Europe and with those of European countries on the issues of OAU struggle against colonialism, apartheid and against racial discrimination.
